Festive Deliveries Info
Sadly, we haven't got Santa's magical sleigh and reindeer to help with deliveries. However, the wonderful folk at DPD and our very own Transport Elf, Maxwell, are on the case, though, and here's how you can ensure your parcels arrive safe, sound and in time for Christmas:
To ensure UK-wide Christmas delivery (barring unforeseen delays like snow or a reindeer strike) order before Monday 16th December; this will give our small team of elves plenty of time to select, pack and despatch your oder.
We'll do our best to process orders placed after Monday 16th December in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee
You can now order for delivery at a later date, too, simply add a note in the box at checkout for when you would like your order delivered. We'll do our best to ensure items are delivered when requested, but they may be despatched earlier in order to avoid delays.
Our free local delivery service will operate as usual throughout December, up to and including Saturday 21st December. There will be no local delivery until Friday 27th and Saturday 28th December to get your New Year's provisions in!
Local deliveries will resume on Saturday 4th January 2025 with usual Monday-Saturday service resuming from Monday 6th January 2025.
