Cognac

Known as the French l’eau de vie (water of life), Cognac is produced from white grapes grown across the Charente and Charente-Maritime regions of western France.  This rich, velvety spirit is best sipped neat if it's of the older variety, although younger cognacs are perfect for mixing.
