February 1st 2025 saw the inaugural Inverclyde Whisky Festival go off with a bang at the Tontine Hotel, Greenock, and we've just about recovered from it a week later!
It was so fabulous to see so many whisky lovers on the day - some familiar faces and some new friends, just like the whiskies on offer! If you were one of the lucky ones to score a ticket (they sold like hot cakes) then we hope you got a chance to say hello and picked up some delicious drams.
Some of our old favourites joined in the fun on the day, and we got to trial some new drams, too (never a bad thing) and a few have made it onto our shelves!
It was fantastic to showcase some local heroes, such as Isle of Arran, Lohlea, and Clydeside, and welcome a few from much further afield like Roslin Distillery (based in Fort William), 8 Doors Distillery (based near John O'Groats), and Isle of Harris Distillery!
We're immensely grateful to Ryan from The Whisky Journal for his work as Festival Organiser, and for trusting us as the official retail partner. Keep your eyes on our website and socials because this may have been our first collaboration, but it almost certainly won't be our last!
