Last week's Whisky Masterclass hosted by Geraldo's was a sellout success with Global Brand Ambassador, Mariella Romano, treating attendees to an incredible line up of Arran Whisky paired with Arran Cheese, Chocolate and Beer in what was her first event for this year's Arran Distillery 25th Anniversary Celebrations.

Attendees were treated to a dram each of the newly branded core range finishing with Mariella's cask finish of choice, the Amarone, which paired beautifully with James of Arran's delicious dark chocolate.

The Secret (and very unexpected) Dram was the biggest surprise of the night with the soon to be released (almost 25 year old) making the whole night truly feel like a celebration of all things Arran.

Throughout the evening, guests were given a very entertaining and knowledgeable presentation from Mariella showing how the distillery started and how it's developed over the years to include the new distillery opened at Lagg in 2019.

Feedback from the night has included comments such as "great fun, relaxing evening, nothing snooty about it which was the best surprise, and Mariella was fantastic!"
