Fassfern Gin are proud to present a simple but luxurious Highland Gin. Heather has been used to express various meanings throughout history - love, independence, safety, strength, so they bottled it up to give you a truly magical Highland Gin.

On the nose you get the aroma of sweet fresh heather with just a hint of underlying spice. This leads to a taste of bright and bold flower which is fruity and sweet with a light touch of subtle spice, leaving your palate full of smooth heathery flavours which makes it extremely moreish!

Fassfern Gin

Fassfern is a hamlet on the north shore of Loch Eil in the district of Lochaber in the Scottish Highlands. It sits at the bottom of Glen Suileag and historically was part of Clan Cameron territory. Fassfern is a haven of peace and tranquillity, teeming with wildlife and steeped in history. Sustainability is at the heart of the area's philosophy, and the woodlands are managed in accordance with Forest Stewardship Council Principles and criteria.
