Palo Cortado is a wine of great complexity that combines the delicate bouquet of an Amontillado with the body and palate of an Oloroso. An elegant, dry sherry with pronounced nuttiness that beautifully showcases the delicate interplay between the richness of Scotch whisky and the unique characteristics of Palo Cortado sherry casks.

Non-chill filtered and no added colour. Only 7,800 bottles available worldwide.
