15ml Cocchi Americano
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
25ml Grapefruit
20ml Lemon
15ml Rosemary Syrup
Garnish: Kaffir Dust

EASY SQUEEZY
35ml Downpour Scottish Dry Gin
25ml Grapefruit
20ml Lemon
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Sprig of Rosemary

METHOD
Shake all the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, including the fresh rosemary. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with tonic (optional).
