The clue is in the name of this release, which has been on a creative finishing journey from Ex-Bourbon → Oloroso → Virgin Oak → Fresh Oloroso → Virgin Oak. There is a method in the madness, however, and the end result is a weird but very much wonderful dram!

Think apple strudel, olive brine and Sichuan pepper.

Where bold meets tradition. Unkiltered is a family-owned, independent bottler of (mostly) single malt Scotch whisky. They make it memorable and they do it their own way!
