Bramble with Gooseberry

SILVER AWARD SCOTTISH RETAIL FOOD & DRINK AWARDS 2022

Literally summer in a glass, this ready-made cocktail of Scottish gin, lemons, blackberries and gooseberries is the perfect drink to enjoy with friends or to give as a unique and tasty gift.

A good measure of fine Scottish Gin with botanical notes from Lost Loch distillery in Royal Deeside is combined with the sharpness of lemon juice, freshly squeezed in Cumbernauld. Scottish blackberries add a fruity taste which have been picked in Blairgowrie and finished off with Scottish gooseberries for a combination of sweet and sour notes. 

Vegan friendly with no dairy, no gluten and no allergens.  

Serve chilled, over ice, with blackberries and a slice of lemon.  And relax....

West Coast Margarita with Blackthorn Sea Salt

The award-winning Braw Liquor Club range has expanded! Meet your new favourite - the West Coast Margarita with Blackthorn Sea Salt.

Tequila Blanco, Agave Nectar, Lime, Blackthorn Sea Salt

A punchy measure of Tequila Blanco, born in Mexico. Lime to add sharpness, and agave nectar to balance and highlight the citrus flavour. For a unique Scottish twist, Blackthorn Sea Salt from Ayr to make the sweet and sour flavours pop.

Serving suggestion: Serve chilled. Pour 100ml over ice and finish with a lime wedge

Old Fashioned with Sea Tangle

Something for the ladies!

This ready-made whisky cocktail of Speyside whisky, bitters, honey flavour and sea tangle is the perfect drink to enjoy with friends or to give as a unique and tasty gift.

A strong measure of fine blended malt Scotch whisky from Speyside: light and smooth with a hint of oakiness. Herbal botanical bitters help to balance, alongside orange to add citrus. Natural honey flavouring brings a richer, sweeter taste, and lastly, Scottish sea tangle from the East Neuk of Fife giving a salty finish.

Serve chilled. Pour 75ml over ice with a slice of orange peel.

NEW Espresso Martini with Isle of Bute Coffee

Brand new from the award-winning Braw Liquor Club, this Espresso Martini is the perfect pick-me-up!

A hearty measure of full-bodied Caribbean rum, with a finish of toffee, treacle, banana and cherry, paired with a generous helping of Cold Brew, from Isle of Bute Coffee. Tasting notes of almond, vanilla and milk chocolate, make this the perfect luxurious blend. 

Serve suggestion: Chill & shake with ice—strain into a martini glass or coupé. Garnish with a few chocolate-covered espresso beans on top.

Braw Liquor Club

Braw Liquor Club is locally sourced, small batch cocktails expertly crafted with premium Scottish ingredients.

Created by Lizzie, who was born on the Isle of Bute on the west coast of Scotland.  She is on a mission to make cocktails better without cutting corners on quality, using Scottish ingredients from land and sea, sourced with transparency. Her drinks are a contemporary twist on old classics.

Braw Liquor Club has depth of flavour, character, and born out of lockdown is a ticket back to carefree times with friends.
