Flavour Information
Thank You (Raspberry & Vanilla) - This special edition Raspberry & Vanilla Jam is a great 'thank you' gift. For every jar of Thank You Jam sold, Hawkshead donate 50p to Growing Well to help support their hard work. Based at Low Sizergh Farm just outside of Kendal, Growing Well is a farm-based mental health charity that provides a safe, supportive working environment to help nurture mental health recovery. They currently grow about 15 tonnes of organic vegetables on-site each year which are sold through their crop share vegetable bag scheme and local retailers and wholesalers.
Lemon Curd - Fresh whole Lemons with Eggs, Butter and finished with Lemon zest.
Raspberry & Vanilla Jam - Simply packed with Raspberries and a hint of Vanilla giving a rich and vivid jam.
Orange & Whisky Marmalade - Seville Oranges with a good dram of Whisky leaving a pleasing warmth on the palette, deliciously fruity. (Trace alcohol content)
Five Fruit Marmalade - Your Five-A-Day with Oranges, Lemons, Limes, Kumquat and Grapefruit. So very fruity with lots of peel.

Strawberry Daiquiri Jam - A fresh and vibrant jam that will fulfil your cravings for a cocktail on a warm summer’s day. The British strawberries bring a freshness that combines amazingly well with the sharp lime and lemon. The hint of Rum finishes the jam perfectly. You could even try stirring into the cocktail for that extra kick of flavour.
Strawberry & Black Pepper Jam - A hint of Black Pepper brings out the flavour of the English Strawberries, for a perfect partnership in a jam.
Mojito Marmalade - Breakfast in the Caribbean with this traditional cocktail marmalade, with Limes, Rum and fresh Mint
Fig & Orange Jam - Hawkshead's Fig and Orange Jam is often overlooked, but trust us, once you spread this delectable sticky jam on your toast, you will fall in love. Made using sweet, sticky preserved figs and Seville oranges, this jam is a true taste of the Mediterranean. Maria Whitehead, owner of The Hawkshead Relish Company, adores using this jam in both sweet and savoury dishes (so much so a whole chapter of her book “Embellish With Relish” is dedicated to this jam). Try using the Fig and Orange Jam as a glaze for duck breasts – delicious!
Producer Profile
The Hawkshead Relish Company is an artisan producer of award winning preserves based in the historic village of Hawkshead in the heart of the English Lake District. Production takes place just south of Hawkshead in a beautifully restored 16th century barn on the edge of Esthwaite Water, whilst the original premises is now home to the shop and a showcase for the range in the centre of Hawkshead village.
